Whether it's freestanding or fitted furniture, here's the process we'll follow to commission your piece of furniture

1.Get in touch

The journey to your perfect piece of bespoke furniture begins with a simple conversation. Reach out to us via phone, email, or our online contact form to discuss your needs, ideas, and inspirations. We’ll cover all aspects of the project—function, location, style, size, materials, and budget—to ensure the final piece is exactly what you envisioned.

2. Design

If you already have an idea of what the piece should look like, feel free to share some photos, or alternatively, you can set up a Pinterest board with your inspirations. This will give us a clear understanding of what you are after. Once all the necessary information is gathered, we will create a design using CAD software. You'll receive detailed sketches or 3D renderings to visualize the final product.

3. Approval

Once the design is complete and we’ve agreed on price and materials we will present it to you for approval. This is your opportunity to review every detail and make any necessary adjustments. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with the design before we proceed.

At this stage, a 50% deposit is normally paid to order materials and cover running costs.

4. Making

With your design approved, we’ll begin the process of bringing your vision to life.

Throughout this phase, we keep you updated on the progress and expected completion date.

5. Delivery

The making of your bespoke furniture typically takes 6 to 14 weeks, depending on the scale of the project. When the work is nearing completion, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Prior to installation or delivery, the remaining 50% of the cost will be due.
